Groundcare Service Technician

Are you a skilled technician with experience in groundcare, garden, or small agricultural machinery? We’re looking for a Groundcare Service Technician to join our team!

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of groundcare equipment for our customers. This role requires travel, providing hands-on service and technical expertise at customer locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and servicing on groundcare machinery
• Using the latest diagnostic software for hydraulic and electrical systems
• Maintaining and repairing customer equipment on-site
• Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Traveling to customer locations as part of a mobile service role

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with domestic or professional grass machinery (advantageous)
• Knowledge of garden, utility, or small agricultural machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Competent with computers and diagnostic software
• Full UK driving licence required
