2024 is a great year to join the Ernest Doe & Sons family. We have recently taken on two branches in South Lincolnshire and, over the last 18 months, have celebrated our company’s 125th anniversary, won the New Holland Service Excellence (Net Promoter Score) Award (Agriculture), New Holland Telehandler Dealer of the Year (Agriculture), Dalbo European Dealer of the Year (Agriculture) and Hyundai Dealer of the Year (Construction).

The company is a family-owned business which can trace its roots back to 1898. It employs more than 540 staff operating from 21 locations and has become the UK’s largest agricultural, construction and groundcare machinery dealership.
As part of our continuous development programme we offer apprenticeships every year across our business. This is an important way to develop and grow our talented workforce and ensure our team are fully qualified and skilled in their chosen professions for the future success of the business.
Our apprenticeship program is open to anyone willing to work hard and be part of a fantastic industry. We don’t only welcome school leavers, our program is open to anyone with the aptitude to learn on the job and a willingness to retrain and achieve success. Long service awards
The first gold watch was presented in 1958 to mark the 50th anniversary of L Atkins. Since then, we have presented over 300 watches to every member of staff who has achieved 25 years’ service, in recognition of their loyalty and dedication to our company.
