Role Purpose: 

As an Agricultural Service Technician at our Sutterton depot, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. You will work with a range of products, including combines, tractors, and specialized machinery from leading brands such as New Holland and Case. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting the productivity of our customers’ operations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

· Proven experience in the agricultural industry, with a strong understanding of agricultural machinery, particularly New Holland and Case equipment. As well as equipment used in cultivation and vegetable harvesting.

· Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

· Competence in using diagnostic tools and computer systems related to agricultural equipment, especially those used with New Holland and Case machinery.

· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

· Valid UK driving license with no more than 3 points.

Desirable Qualifications:

· Professional qualification in agricultural machinery maintenance.

· Forklift license.

· Knowledge of New Holland and Case machinery, as well as cultivation machinery and vegetable harvesting are a plus.
